WILLIAMS: A Service honoring the Life and Legacy of Pastor Marion Cook Williams of Riverdale, Georgia will be held Saturday, August 26, 2023, 11:00 a.m. at Philadelphia Independent Church Of God In Christ, 3305 Old Jonesboro Road, Fairburn, Georgia, Dr. E. W. Hill, Senior Pastor and Eulogist and Pastor Timothy Williams, Officiant. Interment, Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens. Viewing will be held Friday, August 25, 2023 from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Legacy Funeral Home Chapel, 8968 Fayetteville Road, Jonesboro, Georgia. Survivors are three daughter, Gladys Milon, Sharon Harris, and Cynthia Woodard; grandchildren, Cory Smith, Anthony (Shacari) Woodard, Tiffany Milon, and Chasity (Jabari) Cody; great grandchildren, Cory I. Smith, Jabari Cody, Jr., Skylar Woodard, and Josiah Cody; siblings, Edna Woods Hill, and Carlene Woods; former husband, Edmond Cook; sons-in-law, Sidney Milon, Derrick Middlebrooks, and John Brown; family friend, James Austin; and a host of other loving relatives and friends. Family and friends are asked to assemble at the church at  10:30 a.m.
