BECTON: A service honoring the Life and Legacy of Ms. Omega Becton of Douglasville, Georgia who passed January 16, 2026 will be held Saturday, February 7, 2026, 12:00 p.m. at Fountain Of Faith Missionary Baptist Church, 6712 W. Fayetteville Road Riverdale, Georgia; Senior Pastor Rev. Reginald B. Newman, Eulogist and Rev. Dr. Gaines W. Culpepper, Jr. Officiant. Interment private. She leaves to cherish in her memory her daughter, Tammie Elshabazz; son, Terence Becton; grandchildren, Jakari Tory, Deniako Becton, Amari Becton, Ibn Jameel Elshabazz and Elijah Elshabazz; great-grandchildren, Kaiden Becton, Kameron Becton and Keilani Becton; siblings, Ada Vann, Willa Woodard, Orbra Freeman and Carlos Rogers; along with a host of other loving relatives and friends. Family and friends are asked to assemble at the church at 11:45 a.m.
