WATKINS: A Celebration Service honoring the Life and Essence of Mary E. Watkins of Chicago, Illinois, who peacefully passed away on June 5, 2026, will be held Wednesday, June 17, 2026, 1:00 p.m. at A.A. Rayner & Sons Funeral Home Chapel, 318 E. 71st Chicago, Illinois; Minister Drake Respress, officiant. Entombment, Oak Woods Cemetery. The family will receive friends for Prepast at 11:00 a.m. at A.A. Rayner & Sons Funeral Home. Visitation will begin at 12:00 noon until the hour of service. Survivors are her loving siblings, Irma Scott and George Watkins (Linda); and a host of other loving relatives and friends. Family and friends are asked to assemble at the chapel at 12:00 noon.
