NORTON: A celebration service honoring the Life and Essence of Mrs. Marian Johnson-Norton of Decatur, Georgia who passed May 1, 2026 will be held Friday, May 15, 2026, 1:00 p.m. at Travelers Rest Missionary Baptist Church, 6021 Maddox Road Morrow, Georgia; Pastor LaKesia Lawrence, Officiant and Eulogist. Interment, Hillandale Memorial Gardens. A viewing will be held Thursday, May 14, 2026, 10:00 a.m to 6:00 p.m. at Legacy Funeral Home Chapel, 8968 Fayetteville Road, Jonesboro, Georgia. She leaves to cherish in her memory her children, Marianette ReFour, Nora Culver, Arlene Gray, Eurania (George) Ross, Shaniqua (Tujuan) Thompson; siblings, Georgie Brown and Tyrone (Patrice) Smith; 17 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; 1 great great-grandchild; along with a host of other loving relatives and friends. Family and friends are asked to assmble at the church at 12:45 p.m.
