WALLACE: A Celebration Life Service honoring Ms. Lucille Wallace of College Park, Georgia formerly of Laurel, Mississippi passed September 7, 2025 will be held Saturday, September 13, 2025, 11:00 a.m. at Legacy Funeral Home, 8968 Fayetteville Road Jonesboro, Georgia; Minister Ishmael Abdul Salaam, Officiant and Pastor Vernon Graves, Eulogist. Interment, private. Survivors are three children, Charles Sanders, Dr. Ianta (Charles) Burks, and Joel Wallace; siblings, Nell Lewis, Kathryne Wilborn, Barbara (Robert) Pharr; five grandchildren, Carlos Sanders, Nia Burks, Diego Sanders, Jahun Wallace, and Jahari Wallace; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Family and friends are asked to assemble at the chapel at 10:30 a.m.
