DIXON: A Celebration of Life for Ms. Gwendolyn “Gwen” Dixon of Jonesboro, Georgia will be held Wednesday, June 7, 2023, 11:00 a.m. at Legacy Funeral Home Chapel, 8968 Fayetteville Road, Jonesboro, Georgia, Rev. Dr. Dejuan Luke, eulogist and Bishop Collier Starks, officiant. Interment, private. The family will receive friends from Tuesday, June 6, 2023 from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the chapel. Survivors are two daughters, Tracy (John) Dixon Fields, and Dionne Dixon; grandchildren, Eryn Robinson, Kyle Fields, Collin Fields, and Bailee Oliver; great grandchild, Hope Robinson; sisters, Carol (Jesse) Jefferson, Tina Watkins, Pamela (Tia) Bovell, and  Stephanie (Barry) Martin; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other loving relatives and friends. Family and friends are asked to assemble at the chapel at 10:30 a.m.
