SPENCER: A Celebration Service honoring the Life and Essence of Ms. Cynthia Spencer of Atlanta, Georgia will be held Saturday, November 15, 2025, 1:00 p.m. at Legacy Funeral Home, Inc. 8968 Fayetteville Road Jonesboro, Georgia; Bishop Collier Starks Officiant and Eulogist. Interment, Lincoln Cemetery. A viewing will be held Friday, November 14, 2025, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Legacy Funeral Chapel. She leaves to cherish in her memory her children, Fabian Spencer, Tarquena Henderson, Twanshella Spencer; Sixteen grandchildren; Three great-grandchildren; One brother, Eddie (Yolando) Hutchison, Jr.; and a host of other close relatives and friends. Family and friends are asked to assemble in the chapel at 12:45 P.M.
