HOOD: A Service honoring the Life of Ms. Catherine Hood of Atlanta, Georgia will be held Thursday, August 10, 2023, 11:00 a.m. at Legacy Funeral Home Chapel, 8968 Fayetteville Road, Jonesboro, Georgia; Dr. Aaron L. Parker, Ph. D., officiant and eulogist. Interment, private. Survivors are her daughter, Mignon Ward; sisters, Gwendolyn Johnson and Carolyn Cloud; grandchildren, Diego Ward and Fabian Ward; two great grandchildren; and a host nieces, nephews, cousins, other loving relatives and friends. Family and friends are asked to assemble at the chapel at 10:30 a.m.
