Brown: A service honoring the Life and Legacy of Mrs. Venus Brown of Jonesboro, Georgia who passed on May 1, 2026 will be held Wednesday, May 13, 2026 12:00 noon at Fountain of Faith Missionary Baptist Church, 6712 West Fayetteville Road Riverdale, Georgia; Reverend Breon A. Williams, Senior Pastor, Reverend Gaines Culpepper, Officiant and Reverend Daniel Perry, Eulogist. A viewing will take place Tuesday, May 12, 2026 from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Legacy Funeral Home Chapel 8968 Fayetteville Road, Jonesboro, Georgia. Interment will follow, Thursday, May 14, 2026, 11:00 a.m. at Georgia National Cemetery, Canton, Georgia. She leaves to celebrate and honor her memory her lovely daughters, Sandra (Stan) Harris and Michelle (Lee) Allen; grandsons, Kashif (Tiana) Campbell and Khiry (fiancee', Destauni) Brown; great-grandchildren, Khaila, Devin, Darryn, Karli, Kody, and Willow; along with a host of other loving relatives and friends. Family and friends are asked to assemble at the church at 11:30 a.m.
