Mrs. Sandra Shelnutt Obituary

SHELNUTT: Funeral Service for Mrs. Sandra Shelnutt of Fayetteville, Georgia will be held Friday, December 18, 2020, 12:00 noon at Legacy Funeral Home Chapel, 8968 Fayetteville, Georgia; Minister John Mays, officiating. Interment, Camp Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends, Thursday evening, December 17, 2020 from 5:00 to 8:00p.m. at the chapel. Survivors are three sons, George “Henry” Shelnutt and his wife, Pamela Shelnutt, Jesse Shelnutt, and Ray Shelnutt; one daughter, Barbara A. Hollar and her husband, Charles G. Hollar; grandchildren, Richard Shelnut, Mark Shelnutt, Brittany Shelnutt, Charles “Franklin” Shelnutt, Charles David Black, Bethany Guerrero, and Carla Shelnutt; ten great grandchildren; one sister, Florence Trapp and her husband, Tommy Trapp; and a host of other loving family and friends. Family and friends are asked to assemble at the chapel at 11:30 a.m.

Mrs. Shelnutt was an employee with the Clayton County Board of education for 25 years. She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles L. Avery and Jessie E Avery; and her husband, Harold R. Shelnutt.
