JOHNSON: Celebration of Service honoring the Life and Legacy of Mother Phyllis M. Johnson of College Park, Georgia will be held Saturday, February 6, 2021, 11:00 a.m. at Legacy Funeral Home Chapel, 8968 Fayetteville Road Jonesboro, Georgia; Pastor Michael Baldwin, officiating. Interment, College Park Cemetery. Viewing will be held Friday, February 5, 2021 from 9:00a.m. to 6:00p.m. at Legacy Chapel. Survivors are her daughter, Tujuan Johnson; her son, Horace Johnson III; grandchildren, Julian Johnson, Kolbi Burson, Horace Johnson IV, Gia Burson, Lenox Johnson, and Logan Johnson; great grandchildren, London, Chloe and Julian, Jr.; sisters, Mary White Cohen; brother, Matthew Merriweather; sister-in-law, Jackie Merriweather; goddaughter, Rhonda Gay and her ”Lil Boogers,” Jade Willis and Brittany Gay; and a host nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. This Celebration is limited to 50 attendees; additional guest are invited to join us at the interment and committal, 1:00p.m. at College Park Cemetery.
