MANLEY: A Service honoring the Life and Spirit of Mrs. Patricia Ann Manley of Forest Park, Georgia will be held Saturday, April 29, 2023, 11:00 a.m. at Legacy Funeral Home Chapel, 8968 Fayetteville Road Jonesboro, Georgia; Bishop Collier Starks, officiating. Interment, private. Survivors are siblings, James (Lorraine) Manley, Charles (Angela) Manley, Christopher Elkins, and Ahnyia Elkins; eight nieces, six nephews; and a host of other loving relatives and friends. Family and friends are asked to assemble at the chapel at 10:30 a.m.
