COWART: A Celebration Service honoring the Life and Essence of Mrs. Janetta W. Cowart of Hampton, Georgia who passed September 6, 2024 will be held will be held Sunday, September 15, 2024, 3:00 p.m. at Legacy Funeral Home Chapel, 8968 Fayetteville Road, Jonesboro, Georgia; Bishop Collier Stark, Officiant & Eulogist. Interment, private. A viewing will be held Saturday, September 14, 2024 from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Legacy Funeral Home Chapel. Survivors are her husband, Robert Cowart; one son, Robert (Minette) Cowart, Jr.; two daughters, Robin Cowart, and Raven Cowart; one granddaughter, Ashley Cowart; eight siblings, Sherry Forte, Charles White, Rae Lynn White, Julia Deans, Isaiah White, Raymond White, Loretta White, and Alicia White; and a host of other loving relatives and friends. Family and friends are asked to assemble at the chapel at 2:45 p.m.
