Mrs. Ima Jeane Mason

MASON: Ima Jeane Mason was born at home on June 2, 1932 to Ernest and Cora Mae Little in Carroll County, Ga. 
On August 31, 1949 she married Sarles Leroy Mason.  They met at Flat Rock Baptist Church at a "Singing".  She always said it was love at first sight.  They spent 46 years together before Sarles passed away in 1995.  She enjoyed a successful career with her Amway family until her retirement.
  
She was a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She embraced family gatherings and always made your favorite dishes, no matter how many guests she had, you were still her top priority. 
Jeane is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Sarles Mason, her sister Doris Hall, her grandson Neal Banks and great-grandaughter Danielle Banks, and several other loved ones.
She is survived by her loving family: children, Cherie and Gene Harris of GA, D'Vonne and Mark Marsh of FL, Delores and Danny Ramsey of GA, and Lisa and David Roberts of MS; 14 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; sister Mae Hill of FL, twin sister Jo Krebs of MS, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends. 

Funeral Services will be Sunday, May 30, 2021, 4:00p.m. at Legacy Funeral Home Chapel, 8968 Fayetteville Road Jonesboro, Georgia; Reverend David Hill, officiant. Interment, College Park Cemetery, College Park, Georgia. Family and friends are asked to assemble at the chapel at 3:00 p.m.
