BROOKS: A Service honoring the Life and Memory of Mrs. Gloria Brooks of Riverdale, Georgia will be held Saturday, September 19, 2020, 1:00 p.m. at Legacy Funeral Home Chapel, 8968 Fayetteville Rd., Jonesboro, Georgia; Pastor Charles Young, officiating. Interment, private. Survivors are her husband, Steve Brooks, Sr.; two sons, Leon Walker (Stephanie), and Steve Brooks, Jr.; siblings, Margrett Williams, George Sampson, Jr., Marcie Davis (William), Herman Sampson (Myra), Larry Sampson, Rosemary Shelton (Tony), Kenneth Sampson, and Anthony Sampson (Lou); grandchildren, Destiny Keys, Thenisha Hood, Amanda Calhoun, and Javion Brooks; great grandchildren, Jaylen, Jayshon, Skyla, and Jacob; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends. Family and friends are asked to assemble at the chapel at 12:30 p.m.
