Phillips of Union City, Georgia who passed July 3, 2024 will be held Saturday, July 13, 2024, 2:00 pm at Light of Joy Church, 7458 GA-Highway 85, Riverdale, Georgia 30274; Pastor Frank Salter, Officiant and Eulogist. Interment, Private. Survivors are five sons, Torrence (Lourdes) Green, Gary Alan (Dawn) Green, Leon (Vic Daniels) Green, Andrew Phillips, and Lionel Phillips; grandchildren, Dawnisha Halfkinney, Tara (William) Woods, Jamaal (Candice) Green, Deana (Brandon) Green, Lamar (Kianna) Green, Maveric Scott, Zaire (Janah Jimenez) Scott, Daniel Scott, Esperanza Scott, Otis (Arianna Melendez) Scott, Desja (Wayne) Davis, Andrew Phillips, Jr., and Megan Grier; sixteen great-grandchildren, William “Tre” Woods, III, Prince Woods, Layla Woods, Jade Green, Logan Green, Kori Green, Myles Green, Aubree Chapman, Brandon Green, Jr., Koby Green,  Polonia Scott, Jeremiah Scott, Zairah Scott, Roman Scott, Leila Scott, Niah Scott, Benjamin Torres, Christian Davis, and Kaleb Davis; two goddaughters, Lisa Jones, and Charie Eiland; and a host of other loving relatives and friends.
