DURANT: A Celebration Service honoring the Life and Essence of Mrs. Edwina Boggan Durant of Griffin, Georgia will be held Thursday, November 6, 2025, 11:00 a.m. at Legacy Funeral Home, 8968 Fayetteville Road Jonesboro, Georgia; Reverend E. C. Huntley, Officiant. Interment, Forest Hills Memorial Gardens. Survivors are three children, Charlie Davis, Shirley Lindell, and Linda Durant; one brother, Joseph (Thomasina) Boggan; grandchildren, Derrick Davis, Jemarda Davis, Juan Durant, Michael Lindell, Joshua Lindell, Marlon (Stephanie) Cheatham, Latasha Cheatham, Shalonda (Will), and Javin (Mariana) Hodge; and a host of great grandchildren, other loving relatives and friends. Family and friends are asked to assemble at the chapel at 10:30 a.m.
