GRIFFIN: A Life Celebration Service honoring Mrs. Dazzerine Shedrick Griffin of Atlanta, Georgia, the wife of the late Mr. William Griffin Sr., who passed on October 11, 2024, will be held Saturday, October 19, 2024, 11:00 a.m. at Andrews Chapel United Methodist Church, 122, Waterson Street, Jonesboro, Georgia; Reverend Donald K. Reed, Sr., Pastor and Reverend Fredrick Gray, Eulogist. Interment, Carver Memorial Gardens. Viewing will held Friday, October 18, 2024 from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Legacy Funeral Home, 8968 Fayetteville Road Jonesboro, Georgia. Survivors are her children,  Michael Dwelling Griffin, Cheri Lynne Griffin and Valeria Jean Griffin; seven grandchildren,  DeMario, Latrice, Tina, Tia, Gregory, Sommer and Joi; five great-grandchildren, Natasha, Ja’Nyah, Steven, Savion and Johnathan; one great-great grandchild, Raazi; five nephews, Alphonso, Walter and Jarvis Shedrick and Phillip and Leland Ware; nine nieces, Bertha Crowder (Harvey), Marguerite Jefferson, Delores Buford, Sylvia Hester (Pete), Teresa Helton, Marilyn Bonds, Cynthia Pittman, Cynthia Farrow and Franita Ware; and a host of other loving relatives and friends. Family and friends are asked to assemble at the church at 10:45 a.m.
