OBARAKPOR: A Service honoring the Life and Legacy of Mrs. Charlene Anita Smart-Obarakpor of Hampton, Georgia who passed July 16, 2024, will be held Friday, July 26, 2024, 1:00 p.m. at Legacy Funeral Home Chapel, 8968 Fayetteville Road Jonesboro, Georgia; Pastor Robert L. Robinson, Eulogist. Interment, Saturday, July 27, 2024, Rayford Cemetery #2, Orrville, Alabama. Survivors are her spouse, Okpako Obarakpor; father, Isaac Smart, Sr.; sisters, Annette (Robert) Brooks, and Darlene (Orlando) Allen; brother, Isaac Smart, Jr.; stepchildren, Mudiaga Obarakpor, Ovigwe Obarakpor, Enoh Obarakpor, Ufuoma Obarakpor; granddaughter, Aubrey Obarakpor; niece, Alexis Smart; nephews, Daniel Allen and Noah Johnson; great nephew, Aiden Brooks; and a host of aunts, uncles, other loving relatives and friends. Family and friends are asked to assemble at the chapel at 12:45 p.m.
