Interment, Forest Hills Memorial Gardens. Survivors are: her daughter, Dhakiyyah Waahibah; grandchildren, Dominique Banks, Isaiah Banks, Kahsmere Smith, Romell Smith, Lisa Carter, Jovan Carter, and Chasity Terry; great grandchildren, Zamir Banks, A’asiah Smith, and Kadison Smith.
