IVEY: A Celebration of Life Service for Mrs. Barbara Ann Ellis Ivey of Jonesboro, Georgia formerly of Maywood, Illinois, will be held Saturday, May 1, 2021, 1:00 p.m. at Legacy Funeral Home Chapel, 8968 Fayetteville Road, Jonesboro, Georgia; Evangelist Thea Powell, officiating, Pastor John Turner, Eulogist. Survivors are three sons, Keenan (Ethel) Ellis, Jerry Walker and Billy (Darleene) Boulden; honorary sons, John (Rose) Turner Santiago and Lawrence (Darleene) Henry; four daughters, Laurie (Derrick) Parks, Tammy D. Vincent, Carla (Raphyon) Ayers and Kimberly E. Ellis; two sisters, Carri Hellen Tolber and Arthetta J. Brown;brother, Robert (Linda) Brown; two sisters-in-law, Glynda (Sam) Mims and Dianne Calhoun; a brother-in-Law, Walden (Mary) Davis; twenty-five grandchildren; thirty-two great-grandchildren; special friends, Maxine Larkins, Cheryl Barnes and Edna; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Family and friends are asked to assemble at the chapel at 12:30 p.m.
