BOOK: Service honoring the Life and Spirit of Mrs. Alice Mae Book of Locust Grove, Georgia who passed April 2, 2023 will be held Friday, April 14, 2023, 11:00 a.m. at Divine Faith Ministries, 9800 Tara Boulevard, Jonesboro, Georgia; Bishop Donald Battle, Pastor & Officiant. Interment, Westminster Memorial Park. Remains will lie in repose from 9:00 a.m. until the hour of service. Viewing will be held Thursday, April 13, 2023 from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Legacy Funeral Home Chapel, 8968 Fayetteville Road Jonesboro, Georgia. Survivors are her loving husband, Ronald Book; beautiful children, Mr. and Mrs. Lionel Whitley (Malissa), Mr. and Mrs. Marcus A. Book (Alison), Mr. and Mrs. Starr Guzman (Daniel); her mother, Mrs. Earline Robinson; grandchildren, Heather Guzman, Evan Guzman, and Kyle Book; siblings, Hon. Patricia (Kermit) Hye-Moore, Mrs. Shirley Robinson (Deacon Brian) Ball, Mrs. Cynthia Chavez, Ms. Nancy Johnson, Mr. Samson (Carol) Robinson, CDR (USN RET) Charles and Gloria Robinson, SFC (USA RET) Geraldine (Vinny) Robinson, Cpt. (Clayton County Sheriff) Tony Robinson, and Mr. Lorenzo Robinson M.A. (M.Ed); sister-in-law, Mrs. Vernell Harris (Henry); aunt, Mrs. Betty (Arthur) Haynesworth; mother-in-love, Mrs. Barbara McCleod; and a host of nieces, nephew, other loving relatives and friends. Family and friends are asked to assemble at the church at 10:30 a.m.
