PENN: A Service honoring the Life and Legacy of Mr. Yancey Ferrell Penn of Atlanta, Georgia will be held Saturday, June 5, 2021, 11:00 a.m. at Legacy Funeral Home Chapel, 8968 Fayetteville Road Jonesboro, Georgia; Rev. Dr. Washington Canty, officiating. Interment, Private. Survivors are parents, George Penn, Sr. and Katherine Penn; two sisters, Stephanie Denise Williams (James Rodgers), and Rosa Mae Williams; one brother, George Thomas Penn, Jr. (Stephanie); two bonus children, Jermaine Henderson, and J’Vatne Harris; and a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and friends. Family and friends are asked to assemble at the chapel at 10:30a.m.
