LONGINO: Mr. Walter Longino, Jr., 82, of South Fulton, Georgia passed on Tuesday, November 30th, 2021 in the comfort of his home surrounded by family.

Longino, as affectionally called by family and close friends, was born to the late Walter Longino, Sr. and Louise North Longino on August 14th, 1939 in Buchanan, Georgia. He was the youngest of three (3) children.

Longino is survived by his loving wife of 42 years, Lynda Washington Longino; his children, Walter Longino, III, Yolanda Longino, Rashard (Equilla) Longino, and Heather Longino; grandchildren, Tatiana Alexander, Christian Longino, and Rashard Jordan-Emmanuel Longino; as well as nieces, nephews, and a host of other loving family members.

Longino was preceded in death by his parents and two sisters, Zora Heard and Easter Moore.

Walter R. Longino, Jr’s memorial service will be held Saturday, December 11, 2021, 10:00 a.m. at St. Paul of the Cross Catholic Church, 551 Harwell Rd. NW, Atlanta, GA 30318.
