WESTMORELAND: A Homegoing Celebration honoring the Life and Legacy of Mr. Roscoe Westmoreland of Atlanta, Georgia will be held Saturday, February 13, 2021, 11:00 a.m. at Restoration Community Ministry, 3057 Walt Stephens Road Jonesboro, Georgia; Pastor Charles Westmoreland, officiating. Interment, College Park Cemetery. Remains will lie repose from 9:00 a.m. until the hour of service Survivor are his daughter, Danata (Rodney) McDowell; two sisters, Emma Atkinson and Lula Jackson; three grandchildren, Rodriguez, Jaden and Rian; and a host of other loving relatives and friends. Family and friends are asked to assemble at the church at 10:30 a.m.
