Obituary
THOMPSON: A Service honoring the Life and Legacy of Mr. Roosevelt Thompson of Douglasville, Georgia will be held Thursday, April 6, 2023, 11:00 a.m. at Travelers Rest Missionary Baptist Church, 6021 Maddox Road, Morrow, Georgia; Rev. Troy L. Mamon, Pastor, Pastor LaKesia Lawrence, Eulogist and Pastor Gregory White, Officiant. Interment, Kennedy Memorial Gardens. Survivors are a loving wife, Joyce Thompson; daughters, Erica (Antonio) Allen, Shannon (Cornel) Hardy, and LaKesia (Andrew) Lawrence; sons, Deriko (Joy) Thompson, TuJuan (Shaniqua) Thompson; two sisters, Lillie (Otis) Calloway, and Juanita Thompson-Gibbs; and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, other loving relatives and friends. Family and friends are asked to assemble at the church at 10:30 a.m.
