PARKER: A Service honoring the Life and Legacy of Mr. Rodney Parker of Fairfax, Virginia who passed June 10, 2025 will be held Friday, July 18, 2025, 10:30 a.m. at Marshall-March Funeral Home 4308 Suitland Road, Suitland, MD. Pastor Ivan Pitts, Senior Pastor of Second Baptist Church, Santa Ana, California, Officiant and Eulogist. Interment, Quantico National Cemetery, Triangle, VA. Remains will lie in repose from 9:30 a.m. until the hour of service. Survivors are his loving mother, Denise Parker; sister, LaShawn Parker; and his cherished niece, Victoria Parker. He is also survived by his sister, Regina Wayne, through his father’s side, and his brother, Lydarian Kirkendoll, with whom he started a bond through their father, Billy Ray Parker. Family and friends are asked to assemble at the Chapel at 10:15 a.m.
