WIDEMAN:  A Celebration Service honoring the Life and Legacy of Mr. Robert Lee Wideman of Jonesboro, Georgia who passed May 18, 2026 will be held Saturday, June 6, 2026 12:00 p.m. at Legacy Funeral Home Chapel, 8968 Fayetteville Road Jonesboro, Georgia; Bishop Collier Starks, Officiant and Eulogist. Interment, Camp Memorial Park. Remains will lie in repose from 11:00 a.m. until the hour of service. He leaves to cherish in his memory his devoted wife, Lurlean Wideman; seven children, Jeffrey McCrimmon, Terry McCrimmon, Kenny Wideman, Chantell Favors, Linda (George) Brathwaite, Shalonda (Maury) Gusta, and Robert (Veronica) Barnett; eight grandchildren; one great-grandchild; siblings, Peggy Woods, Thelma (Bernard) Morton, and Tom (Thomasine) Wideman; and a host of other loving relatives and friends. Family and friends are asked to assemble in the chapel at 10:45 a.m.
