BORDERS: A Service honoring the Life and Legacy of Mr. Ricky L. Borders of Union City, Georgia who passed January 30, 2024 will be held Friday, February 9, 2024, 12:00 Noon at Legacy Funeral Home Chapel, 8968 Fayetteville Road, Jonesboro, Georgia; Bishop Albert J. Lindsey, Jr., Officiant & Eulogist. Interment, Westview Cemetery. Survivors are his wife, Bernice Borders; sisters, Patricia Hartley and Anne (Marvin) Borders-Patterson; nephew, Andre (Joy) Hartley; niece, Sonya (Leon) Hicks, Tenesha Smith and The Rhodes Family; great nephews, Justen Hartley and Austen Hartley; great niece, Rebekah (Patrick) Erby; great nephew, James (Jasmine Hope) Borders; a special cousin, Gwendolyn (Jimmy) Lipscomb; and a host of other loving relatives and friends. Family and friends are asked to assemble at the chapel at 11:30 a.m.
