MOORE: A Service honoring the Life and Legacy of Mr. Morris Keith Moore Jr. of Powder Springs, Georgia who passed April 30, 2026 will be held Saturday, May 23, 2026, 12:00 p.m. at Fountain of Faith Missionary Baptist Church 6712 W. Fayetteville Riverdale, Georgia; Rev. Breon A. Williams, Senior Pastor-Elect. Interment, Camp Memorial Park. A viewing will take place Friday, May 22, 2026 from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Legacy Funeral Home Chapel, 8968 Fayetteville Road Jonesboro, Georgia. Morris leaves behind a beautiful legacy through his children. With Meagan, he shared Khloe, Karter, Kobe, and bonus daughter Kimberlyn. With Desirae, he shared Morris III, Brooklynn, and Leilah. His children were a source of immense pride and joy in his life. He also leaves behind to cherish his memory his father, Morris Sr., his mother, Cynthia, stepfather, Ellwood, sisters, Knikeya (Charles), Shaneen, and younger half-sister Sophia, uncles, Douglas (Kim) and Gordan, aunts, Bailet, Deborah, Charlotte (Floyd), Sharon and Renee (Calvin), nephews, Vaughn Jr., Saliim, and DeShaun, and a host of cousins and friends. Though Morris’ passing leaves an immeasurable void, his story is still unfolding. Even in sorrow, there is a silver lining—a final piece of his legacy is yet to enter the world. Family and friends are asked to assemble at the church at 11:30 a.m.
