RANSOM: A Celebration Service honoring the Life and Legacy of Mr. Johnnie C. Ransom of Douglasville, Georgia, who passed November 13, 2025, will be held on Monday, November 24, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at Word of Faith Love Center, 2435 Ben Hill Road, East Point, Georgia; Dr. Reginald P. Garmon, Senior Pastor, Eulogist, and Rev. Lois Searles, Officiant. Interment, private. Viewing will be held Sunday, November 23, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Legacy Funeral Home, 8968 Fayetteville Road, Jonesboro, Georgia. Survivors are his wife, Kimberly Ransom; children, Kayla Witcher, Kelsey Ransom and Justice Ransom; father, Johnnie Ransom; mother-in-law, Beryl Taylor; brother-in-law, Michael A. Taylor; former wife, Sheila Ransom; stepdaughter, Nicole Davis & her son, Jovan Smith; and a host of other loving relatives and friends. Family and friends are asked to assemble at the church at 9:30 a.m.
