MULLINS: A Celebration Service honoring the Life of Mr. Horace Mullins of College Park, Georgia who passed August 3, 2025 will be held Saturday, August 16, 2025, 12:00 Noon at Legacy Funeral Home, Inc. 8968 Fayetteville Road, Jonesboro, Georgia; Rev. Dr. Erik G. Vickers, Sr. Officiant and Eulogist. Interment, Westview Cemetery. A viewing will be held Friday, August 15, 2025 from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Legacy Funeral Home. He leaves to cherish in his memory his wife, Mrs. Dorothy L. Mullins; children, Corliss (Johnny) Swain, Crystal Mullins-Kennedy; grandchildren, Kamryn D. Kennedy and Zaria J. Swain; sister, Nancy L. Mullins; and a host of other loving relatives and friends. Family and friends are asked to assemble at the chapel by 11:45 a.m.
