JOHNSON: A Celebration Service honoring the Life and Legacy of Mr. George Johnson of Fayetteville, Georgia will be held Saturday, March 13, 2021, 1:00 p.m. at Legacy Funeral Home Chapel, 8968 Fayetteville Road Jonesboro, Georgia; Bishop John Crenshaw, officiating, Reverend Dr. Janice Crenshaw, eulogist. Inurnment, Georgia National Cemetery. Survivors are his wife, Robin Johnson; sons, Khary, and Brian Johnson; daughters, Brianna and Brittaney Johnson; granddaughter, Brilee Johnson; brothers, Daryl Johnson and Ausbon Johnson, Jr., sisters, Tina Williams, Kattleya Johnson, and Tera Johnson; and a host of beloved aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Family and friends are asked to assemble at the chapel at 12:30 p.m.

George, there was a Hurricane and he did not want us to stay in it so he invited all of us, it may have been over 10 of us that he and his Beautiful wife welcomed all of us in their Wonderful home and we all had a place to sleep comfortably. We will never forget you and that Wonderful time we had with all of you Our cousins. We love you and you rest on. Until we meet again. From your 1st cousins Catherine, Willie, Annie, and Melvin Lamar and all of their children and Grandchildren, We Love you.
