COLEMAN: A Service honoring the Life and Legacy of Mr. George Coleman of Ellenwood, Georgia, who passed June 2, 2024, will be held Saturday, June 15, 2024, 12:00 noon at Greenforest Community Baptist Church, 3250 Rainbow Drive, Decatur, Georgia; Reverend Christopher J. Waters, Senior Pastor; Interment, Fairview Memorial Park. Remains will lie in repose from 10:00 a.m. until the hour of service. A viewing will be held Friday, June 14, 2023 from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm at Legacy Funeral Home, 8968 Fayetteville Road, Jonesboro, Georgia. Survivors are his wife, Barbara Coleman; son’s, Alexander Coleman and Aaron Coleman; granddaughter, Bailey Coleman ; mother, Katie Coleman; sisters, Patricia Bowden (Johnny), Ruby Holmes, Nicole Williams and Tammy Jackson (William); brother, Arthur Coleman Jr.(Tonya), constellation of nieces, aunts, uncles, nephews, cousins, sister in-law’s, brothers-in-law, and dear friends who adored him. Family and friends are asked to assemble at the church at 11:30 a.m.
