Smith, Sr. of Atlanta, Georgia who passed February 28, 2026 will be held Saturday, March 7, 2026, 11:00 a.m. at Legacy Funeral Home Chapel, 8968 Fayetteville Road Jonesboro, Georiga; Bishop Collier Starks, Officiant and Reverend Darnell Ball, Eulogist. Interment, Crestview Cemetery. A Viewing will held Friday, March 6, 2026 from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Legacy Funeral Home Chapel, 8968 Fayetteville Road Jonesboro, Georgia. Survivors are his children, Gary Smith, Jr.,  Cory D. Smith, and Tiara Smith; mother, Gloria Cousin; siblings, Michael Smith, Jr., Ricky D. Smith, Paula Smith, Marlon Cousin, Cynthia Durant, Patrick Starnes, Jeffrey Starnes, and Donna (Grady) Flowers; grandchildren, Kamiah Smith, Kamarie Smith, Caliya Galloway, Makyla Smith, Jasmine “Ciniya” Smith, Nasir “King” Banks, Capri Smith, and Nevaeh Banks; and a host of other loving relatives and friends. Family and friends are asked to assemble at the chapel at 10:30 a.m.
