SIMS: A Homegoing Celebration for Mr. Floyd Daniel Sims of Jonesboro, Georgia who passed December 7, 2025 will be held Wednesday, December 17, 2025, 11:00 a.m. at Legacy Funeral Home Chapel, 8968 Fayetteville Road Jonesboro, Georgia; Elder Steven Davis, eulogist and Bishop Collier Starks, officiant. Interment, Camp Memorial Park. Remains will lie repose for viewing from 9:00 a.m. until the hour of service. Survivors are his wife, Alice P. Sims; three sons, Steven (Lorraine) Davis, Daniel Sims and Kelvin Sims; two daughters, Scotia (Lance) Davis and Kimberly Sims; and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, other loving relatives and friends. Family and friends are asked to assemble at the chapel at 10:30 a.m.
