SHELLING: A Service honoring the Life and Legacy of Mr. Christopher DaJon Shelling, Jr. of Lawrenceville, Georgia, formerly of Columbus, Georgia who passed February 8, 2024 will be held Monday, February 26, 2024, 1:30 p.m. at Gas South District, 6400 Sugarloaf Parkway, Duluth, Georgia; Pastor Karl D. Moore, Eulogist. Interment, private. Remains will lie in repose for viewing from 11:00 a.m. until the hour of service. Chris leaves to cherish his memory, his mother, Tanishia (Dexter) Ramsey; his father, Chris (Karen Ray) Shelling; his great-grandmothers, Fannie Kate Shelling, and Mildred Barr; his grandmother, Margaret (Doug) Alexander; his grandfathers, William Shelling, Oliver Muhammad, and Charles Bailey; one sister, Tyler Ramsey; three brothers, Latavius Watts, Elijah Shelling, and Jonah Shelling; one uncle, DeMarcus Shelling; two aunts, Tonya (Rathan) Alexander, and Ashia Muhammad; and a host nieces, nephews, great aunts, great uncles, cousins, and friends. Family and friends are asked to assemble at Gas South District at 1:00 p.m.
