Lea of Jonesboro, Georgia who passed February 8, 2023 will be held Monday, February 13, 2023, 11:00 a.m. at Legacy Funeral Home Chapel, 8968 Fayetteville Road Jonesboro, Georgia; Elder Lulu Robinson, Eulogist and Deaconess Vedesa Lea, Officiant. Interment, Saturday, February 18, 2023, First Walnut Grove C.O.G.I.C, Cemetery, Walnut Grove, Mississippi. Viewing will be held Sunday, February 12, 2023 from 12:00 noon to 6:00 p.m. at Legacy Chapel. Survivors are his wife, Vernestine “Teen” Lea; three daughters, Kimberly (LeVan) Patterson, Kristal (Marquez) Holmes, and Katrina (Toriano) Triche; grandchildren, Kirsten (Mayshard), Kendall, Marquez II, Myles, Toriano II, Kayden, Kameron, Kassidy, and Kennedy; two great grandchildren, Madison, and Maison; one sister, Jennifer Marion; five brothers, Richard (Vedesa) Lea, Kevin Lea, Kenneth Lea, Stanley (Deborah) Lea, and Wayne (Yong) Lea; and a host of other loving relatives and friends.
