Interment, private. Survivors are his parents, Otis and Verna Starks; children, Antez D. Starks, and Mia (Zurita) Starks; siblings, Bethel (Rudolph) Shepherd, Michael D. (Sharon) Starks, Douglas (Krystal) Berry, Felicia D. (Rodney) Harris, Neshronta “Shon” (Michael) Toland, and Angie Jones; grandchildren, Jamia Starks, Antez Starks II, ZaNeah Lee, Mariah Way, and Kason Starks; aunts, Alice Owens, JoAnn Starks, Annie Starks, and Marjorie Starks; uncles, Roosevelt Boyd, Thomas Camp, and Willie "Roy" Durden; and a host of other loving relatives and friends.
