FLANNAGAN: A Service honoring the Life and Essence of First Lady Louise Flannagan of Decatur, Georgia will be held Saturday, August 28, 2021, 1:00 p.m. at Pleasant View Baptist Church, 10201 Flat Shoals Road Covington, Georgia Pastor Derwin J. Davis, Pastor. Interment, Lawnwood Memorial Park. Remains will lie in repose from 11:00 a.m. until the hour of service. A viewing will be held Friday, August 27, 2021 from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Legacy Funeral Home, 8968 Fayetteville Road Jonesboro, Georgia. Survivors are her husband, Rev. Ivory C. Flannagan; one daughter, Leticia Flannagan Rivers; two grandchildren, Kori Clyde Flannagan and Carlos Ivory Franklin; sisters, Willie Vanable, Luella Jones, Carrie Fletcher, Ernestine (John) Steele, Mattie Jones, and Deniece (Bobby) Parker; brothers, Willie Jones, Jr., and Eddie Jones; and a host of other loving relatives and friends. Family and friends are asked to assemble at the church at 12:30 p.m.
