SACKEY: A Celebration Service honoring the Life of Deaconess Donna L. Sackey of Fayetteville, Georgia who passed September 26, 2023 will be held Saturday, October 7, 2023, 1:00 p.m. at Fountain of Faith Missionary Baptist Church, 6712 West Fayetteville Road, Riverdale, Georgia; Senior Pastor Reginald B. Newman, Officiant and Dr. Gaines Culpepper, Eulogist. Interment, Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens. Viewing will be held Friday, October 6, 2023 from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Legacy Funeral Home Chapel, 8968 Fayetteville Road, Jonesboro, Georgia. Survivors are husband, Deacon Alex K. Sackey; children, Vincent (Leslie Ann), Duane, Teri and Brian; grandchildren, Danae, Duane III, Riley and Evan; great grandchildren, Daylen, Grayson and Arlo; siblings, Faye, Joe, David, Roy & Tony; her beloved pet, Nyla; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Family and friends are asked to assemble at the church at 12:30 p.m.
