TURNER: A Service honoring the Life and Legacy of Deacon Eddie Lee Turner of Morrow, Georgia who passed April 22, 2025 will be held Thursday, May 1, 2025, 11:00 a.m. at New Macedonia Baptist Church, 7725 Georgia 85 Highway, Riverdale, Georgia; Rev. Gerry Anderson, Pastor and Pastor Robert Taylor, Officiant and Eulogist. Interment, Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens. Remains will lie in repose from 9:00 a.m. until the hour of service. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, April 30, 2025 at Shiloh Baptist Church, 216 West Mill Street, Jonesboro, Georgia from 12:00 noon until 7:00 p.m. Survivors are four daughters, Linda (Roosevelt) Love, Cynthia (Charles) Youngblood, Deborah (Frank) Pippins, and Jenifer (Aundre) Turner-Reid; two sons, Ronald (Dorothy) Turner, and Jeffrey (Darlene) Turner; two sisters, Cordia Clark, and Hattie Lewis; one brother Johnnie (Monique) Turner; eighteen grandchildren, Tracei’a, Victoria, Lawrence, Camisha, Christopher Michael (Keisha), Jami (Darrius), Jasmine, Latoya, Rashad, Diamond (Shane), Geno, Jordan, Christopher Antonio, Bradley, Brandon, Ryan, Aundre, Jr., and Michael; twelve great grandchildren; a dear friend, Katherine Goodson; and a host of nieces, nephews, church members, other relatives and friends. Family and friends are asked to assemble at the church at 10:30 a.m.
