TRAHAN: A Service honoring the Life and Legacy of Bishop John Stanley Trahan, Jr. of Fairburn, Georgia will be held Friday, June 18, 2021, 11:00 a.m. at Legacy Funeral Home Chapel, 8968 Fayetteville Road Jonesboro, Georgia; Elder Michael Brown, officiating; Bishop William Montgomery, eulogist. Interment, Monday, June 28, 2021, Georgia National Cemetery. He is survived by his wife, Anita Trahan; three daughters, Ariana Wilkins, Jowhari Hlope (Abdul’azeez Saabir), and Adina Trahan; four sons, Leighton Trahan, Omar Lateef (Ouns), Allan Trahan (Becky), and Alex Trahan; mother, Sylvia Trahan; three stepdaughters, Juanita C. Jackson, Lisa Hardge, and Denise Jackson (Andre); eighteen grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, three adopted grandchildren, two sisters, Jozette Mabry, and Natalie Schields Johnson; three brothers, Gregory Trahan, Keith Trahan, and James Trahan; a host of nieces and nephews. Family and friends are asked to assemble at the chapel at 10:30a.m.
