ROWE: A Service honoring the Life and Legacy of Mrs. Avril E. Rowe of Jonesboro, Georgia will be held Thursday, July 11, 2019, 11:00 a.m. at Legacy Funeral Home Chapel, 8968 Fayetteville Road Jonesboro, Georgia, Pastor Lee Adams, officiating. Interment, private. Survivors are her children, Camille Rowe-Talley of Georgia and Gordon Rowe, New Jersey; son-in-law, Michael Talley; five grandchildren, one great-grandchild; brother, Bruce Topey; sisters, Lois Topey, Sonia Topey Smith, Tonia Topey, and Faith Topey; as well as a host of devoted nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Family and friends are asked to assemble at the chapel at 10:30a.m.
