AMERSON: A Homegoing Celebration for Mr. James Amerson of Jonesboro, Georgia will be held Saturday, April 27, 2019, 11:00 a.m. at Legacy Funeral Home Chapel, 8968 Fayetteville Road, Jonesboro, Georgia, Minister Vic Bolton, officiating. Interment, private. Survivors are his wife, Regina Amerson; son, Jonathan Amerson; two stepson, Kadar Vannoy and Aaron Folks; his father, David Amerson; sister, Julia Brown; brothers, Sammie (Glenna) Amerson and Robert Amerson; and a host of other relatives and friends. Family and friends are asked to assemble at the chapel at 10:30a.m.
