JONES: A Service honoring the Life and Legacy of Deacon William Allen Jones of Jonesboro, Georgia will be held Saturday, November 30, 2019, 1:00 p.m. at Lakewin Christian Center, 6449 Church Street, Riverdale, Georgia, Pastor Harry J. Riley, officiating. Interment, Camp Memorial Park. Remains will lie in repose from 11:00 a.m. until the hour of service. The family will receive friends Friday evening, November 29, 2019 at Legacy Funeral Home Chapel, 8968 Fayetteville Rd., Jonesboro, Georgia. Survivor are Denise, two daughters, Melanie Jones and Crystal Simmons; seven sisters, Calpurnia J. Bryant (Douglas) of Adelphi, Maryland, Sylvia J. Caldwell of Winston-Salem, North Carolina, Barbara J. Rayner (Fulton) of Clinton, North Carolina, Sharon J. Frazier (Rick) of Cary, North Carolina, Edith J. Whitley (James) of Winston-Salem, North Carolina, Thelma J. Vance (Alphonzo) of Lewisville, North Carolina; six brothers, Flavio T. Jones (Karen) of Boyds, Maryland, Johnnie E. Jones (Tara) of Fayetteville, North Carolina, Barney C. Jones (Valeria) of Pfafftown, North Carolina, Jeffrey P. Jones (Angela) of Kernersville, North Carolina and Rickie T. Jones (Melanie) of Lexington, North Carolina, and Darren L. Jones of Winston-Salem, North Carolina; sister-in-law, Shari Brown Marvray (Charles); a brother-in-law, Thomas K. Brown; five grandchildren; one great granddaughter; and a host of cousins, nieces, nephews, other family and friends. Famliy and friends are asked to assemble at the church at 12:30 p.m.
